The small town of San Blas, on the coast of Nayarit, Mexico, provides a great launching point to see some fantastic birding in the nearby area. Episode 1 - Species highlighted include a Wood Stork colony, Northern Potoo, Yellow-winged Casique, American Crocodile, and six endemics to Mexico: Rufous-bellied Chachalaca, Elegant Quail, Citreoline Trogon, Golden-cheeked Woodpecker, Sinaloa Wren, and Rusty-crowned Ground-Sparrow.
Episode 2 - Highlights include fishing for Roosterfish, a visit to the nesting colonies of Isla Santa Isabel (Red-billed Tropicbird, Magnificent Frigatebird, Blue-footed Booby, and Brown Booby), swimming with a Whale Shark, and sightings of a Black-and-white Owl and a Black-throated Magpie-Jay.
